ALDOUS BERTRAM DESIGN is a full service interior design studio led by Aldous Bertram and Miller Heiman, located in  Charleston, South Carolina.

Both Aldous and Miller share a love for British design sensibilities, which prioritize mixing over matching, resulting in rooms that feel curated over time rather than created. Known for drawing on wide-ranging inspirations, they capitalize upon their extensive experience to create memorable and joyful interiors that are full of individuality.

​Aldous Bertram Design prides itself on building a strong rapport with every client, working closely to develop their personal styles and treasured possessions into a cohesive and beautiful scheme. Between them, Aldous and Miller have worked on homes across the United States, as well as designing country clubs, hotels and retail stores.

Aldous' own apartments have been published in Architectural Digest (November 2024) and House Beautiful (April 2019). In 2023 Aldous Bertram Design participated in the Charleston Symphony Showhouse as well as producing a celebrated vignette in the historic Aiken Rhett House as part of the the Charleston Design Festival.
